What frameworks and inventories are your scripts compatible with?

Most of our scripts run on ESX, QBCore, Qbox and OX out of the box, and some are fully standalone with no framework dependency at all. Every product page lists the exact frameworks and inventories that script supports, so check there before buying if you run something unusual.

Do I need coding experience to install a script?

No. Installing is normally a case of dropping the resource into your server and adjusting a few config values. Our documentation walks through the setup step by step, and anything you might reasonably want to change lives in a commented config file rather than buried in the code.

Can I try a script before I buy it?

Some of them, yes. Pixel Minigames is fully playable in your browser, no download or purchase needed, and most product pages include a preview video showing the script running in game. If you want to see something specific before committing, ask us in Discord and we will show you.

What currency will I be charged in?

Checkout is always processed in GBP through Tebex. Prices shown in any other currency are estimates using a conversion rate updated once a day, so the final amount your bank charges can differ slightly depending on their exchange rate and any card fees.

How do I download the asset I purchased?

Accepted Answer

Delivery is instant. Tebex emails your receipt and the asset is granted to the Cfx.re account you bought it for, so you can download it any time from the granted assets page of the Cfx.re portal. Your full purchase history is also available on your orders page.

How do I get new versions when a script is updated?

Accepted Answer

Updates are published to the same asset on your Cfx.re account, so re-downloading it from the portal always gives you the latest build. We announce new releases and any breaking changes in our Discord, so it is worth staying in the server after you buy.

Is the code escrowed or open source?

Accepted Answer

Our scripts are protected by the Cfx.re Asset Escrow system, which keeps the core logic secure and confirms the copy running on your server is genuine. Config files stay open and editable, so you can still tune behaviour, labels, locations and integrations to fit your server.

I need help, how can I get support?

Join our Discord and open a ticket in the support channel. Tickets are typically answered within about 30 minutes during the day. Including your server error output, framework and the script version gets you a fix considerably faster than a plain "it does not work".

What is your refund policy?

Because these are digital products delivered instantly, we generally do not offer refunds. Checkout, billing and any refund processing are handled by Tebex. If a script is not behaving as advertised, open a ticket first, almost everything turns out to be a conflict or a config issue we can sort out quickly.
